1. Processing Time

During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Carrier selection depends on destination and service level.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

5. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:

Additional fees imposed by their country

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide order number and photo evidence (if applicable).

We will evaluate replacement or refund eligibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request made within [30] days of delivery.

Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase required.

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept opened supplement products unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Wait for return authorization instructions

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within [5–10] business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if defective or damaged.

6. Subscription Orders 

Subscription orders must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid charges.

Refunds are not issued for processed subscription renewals.
